of Computer Science at the University
of Warwick
is led by Dr. Nathan Griffiths. Currently, it
includes 5 members: 2 lecturers and 2 PhD students. Its research is concerned
with diverse aspects of intelligent agents and multi-agent systems.
Particular areas of interest include:
- Formal frameworks for cooperation between autonomous agents
- Methodologies for development of agent-based systems
- Formally modelling and using the notions of motivation,
trust and reputation in managing inter-agent
relationships
- Mechanisms for coalition formation amongst agents
