Specification

• Property of a model element can be specified further
• Property has a name and tagged-values (of predefined type, e.g. string or an integer)
• Predefined properties: Documentation, Responsibility, Persistence, Concurrency
• Additional properties (with new names and corresponding tagged-values) are given to specify further model element instances
• These informal specification on model instances are accessed via tools.
• For example, a Class may be given additional property of a Portfolio (name) with suitable specification (tagged-value) for it.
