Please ensure that you have entered your university ID number not your account name!. Also, ensure that you have entered your password correctly as passwords are case-sensitive.
Send the error message to submit@dcs.warwick.ac.uk and it will be dealt with as quickly as possible. Each error produced by BOSS is logged, together with the time of the error, so hence any errors that you may experience close to a deadline can be traced and appropriate action taken if extensions are required as a result of this type of error.
Whilst every attempt is made to ensure the security of the system, if you happen to find a flaw/bug, please let us know as soon as possible. We keep logs of every transaction, so trying to exploit any security issues will be discovered and appropriate action will be taken.
